Preventing disease before it takes root

Imagine health care that doesn’t just treat the symptoms but treats the root causes before a threat develops. Care that lowers the instances of emergency department visits and repetitive treatments and focuses on wellness rather than sickness.

Cone Health's focus on prevention is innovative; very few health systems have made this commitment in this way. Partner with us to bring the kind of programming that will transform the health of our communities and serve as a model for other health systems. Through The Campaign in Healthy Communities, we can help community member prevent heart and vascular disease through diet and exercise, offer preventive screenings to those who struggle to afford them, and take medical care to individuals who lack access through out Mobile Medicine fleet.

Help us redefine how we care for our communities.

When you give to Cone Health, you can support programs that matter most to you while being a part of this powerful shared vision. Below are a few of our most critical funds designed to focus on prevention. If you are ready to make a gift now, visit our donate page.
