Reaching beyond hospital and clinic walls

We care deeply about the physical, mental and social well-being of our neighbors. No matter where you live or your health challenges, Cone Health will be right there with you along a journey to wellness. That’s why we’re forging partnerships that empower us to break the cycle of health disparities, serving people where they live and providing resources to thwart preventable health issues. Our community health clinics and mobile medicine fleet are two examples of how Cone Health is serving patients in the communities where they live and connecting patients and care providers in new ways. Planning a Health Hub in east Greensboro is another. We hope you’ll join us in our mission to bring outstanding health care to community members right where they live by making a gift to The Campaign for Healthy Communities.

We need your support.

You, too, can be there for your community by helping Cone Health bring the kind of programming that will transform our communities' health and serve as a model for other health systems. Below are a few of our most critical funds designed to focus on access. If you are ready to make a gift now, visit our donate page.

School-Based Telehealth Fund

Join our partners in establishing telehealth clinics inside Targeted High Poverty Schools, where we're making a measurable difference not only in children's health but also in absenteeism – all while keeping parents from having to leave work and caregiving responsibilities for an ailment we can treat right in school.

Chavis Health Hub Fund

Cone Health and the City of Greensboro are on a mission to nurture wellness and health equity in east Greensboro. A new Health Hub inside an accessible and trusted space will offer wellness services and programming and the potential to prevent disease for community members whose risk is disproportionately high.

Wright Patient Assistance Fund

Meets special needs of patients not covered by other philanthropy funds.
