How to Give
You can donate online, by phone, by mail or electric bank draft as well several other methods. We are grateful for your support and want the process to be easy and convenient for you.
Giving online
Cone Health accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Use our online form to give to the fund of your choice in Alamance, Guilford and Rockingham Counties.
Giving over the phone
You may call 336-663-5051 with your credit card information during business hours (8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST). Please note, we are unable to accept American Express over the phone.
Giving by mail
Please complete the gift form, include it with your check or money order, and mail to: Cone Health Philanthropy, Gift Processing, 1200 North Elm Street, Greensboro, NC 27401
Giving by electronic bank draft

Matching gifts
Many companies have programs that match employee’s charitable gifts, often doubling the impact of your gift. Check with your company’s human resources department or use the tool below to see if your company has a matching gift program.
Pledges
You can promise a gift and make payments over a period of up to five years. Please call 336-663-5051 for additional information.
Giving by wire transfer
To obtain information needed for wire or ACH transfer, please contact Gift Processing at 336-663-5051 or by emailing philanthropy@conehealth.com.
Gift through a community foundation or other donor advised fund
Instruct the manager of your community foundation or donor advised fund to make the check payable to Cone Health and send to Cone Health Philanthropy, Gift Processing, 1200 North Elm Street, Greensboro, NC 27401. Be sure to indicate the gift’s purpose.
Stocks, bonds, mutual funds and other securities
Giving shares of appreciated stock, bonds, mutual funds and other securities can be an excellent way to make a gift to Cone Health. If you wish to make a gift of securities held by a bank or brokerage, electronic transfer is the easiest method.

If you are interested in donating personal property, please contact the Cone Health Philanthropy office at 336-663-5051. These gifts require advance approval.

Third-party events
Third-party events are a wonderful way to show your support. In consultation with the Cone Health Philanthropy office, funds you raise can be designated by you and/or your group to the department or program of your choice. If interested in holding an event to benefit Cone Health, please complete an interest form and return using instructions described on form. Before completing the form, please read the third party event guidelines.
